Home-based telemonitoring for one week to assess risk factors associated with dementia in patients with Parkinson’s disease (PD) and Alzheimer’s disease (AD), including cardiovascular risk, physical inactivity, sleep–wake cycle disturbances, nocturnal sleep disorders, and fluctuations in cognitive performance.
Processing and analysis of data collected during telemonitoring to calculate dementia risk indices, including through the use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools, with the aim of identifying patterns associated with cognitive decline and changes in clinical status.
Visualization of dementia risk indices through a cloud-based visualization system hosted on CINECA and the GARR Consortium infrastructure (https://smartme.cloud.garr.it/).
